Drove 2 hours for nothing computer says they have product but nothing in stock

The need to get one of their workers off the fork lift took him 25 min to load 2 pallets of shingles and did not bother helping with the rest of the order oh not to mention he never once put that coffee cup down the entire time please dufrenes yall are a great company please help his fellow workers
