“My wife and I switched to T-Mobile from Att for the first time yesterday at the Galliano store. We spoke with Lottie Smith and her two co-workers, whose names we unfortunately have not been able to get. Lottie and her two co-workers bent over backwards and worked endlessly pretty much the entire day to make sure we did not leave that store unless we had a good deal to our satisfaction. Lottie and her co-workers were EXTREMELY patient the whole time and seemed to stress out every time they thought that we may not be satisfied with any part of the service. We left with a five phone plan and great service!!
