Didn’t realize that I had missed a payment until the “store manager” showed up banging on my door at 8 pm and after I said I wasn’t letting anyone into my home (I thought it was someone pretending to be an employee because it’s 8 pm and what legitimate company would do that?) tried repeatedly to force his way into my home while hollering through the door and scaring my children. After he finally got in his car and drove off, I checked my account and saw I had missed the payment and paid the bill that was owed for this month immediately, but fully intend on having everything returned as soon as possible since it was apparently a real employee. I have unsaved numbers blocked because of how bad spam callers are, so I completely understand showing up after a certain period of time, but after dark and pushing on the door and screaming at a woman and her kids should not be anywhere in the realm of acceptable. What would he have done to us if he had made it into my home? Do I need to be worried about him coming back? I’m not willing to risk having any other Aaron’s employees show up to my home and threaten my children and myself, or worse, over a late $135 bill.

The unprofessional behavior of these employees is unacceptable and the way they’re allowed to speak to their customers is disgusting. They should be shut down and replaced with a company who knows how to treat people!

Extremely helpful, go above and be6ond to assist.Was looking for lawn mower that wouldn't break the bank, with locations like homedepot and Lowes going to zero turn. I didn't need that. I just needed a regular lawn mower for basic mowing and mini trailer pulling.You pay of course more if you go the full length of the contract and even making in the X months same as cash you pay a little more for their work. Same as a consultant charging you vs going to thr manufacture and buying direct. You also pay for benefit that you wouldn't have with manufacturer such as deck breaks. Call Aaron's and they either fix or replace while in contract. (You have to do basic care like oil change, airing up tires/replace when flat.While some people have great credit and can buy on credit cards to purchase a 2 to 4k mower. Some don't which is where a place like arrons comes in.

This was my second time using this store. This time I ordered a bed set. I was told it was going to be the unit on display in the show room.It was delivered partially assembled, screws loose, some missing and very loose and unstable. They also damaged it on the corners while leaving it outside my door (due to coronavirus concerne, understandable).
