We brought our "21" Dodge vehicle in when a light came on, on the dash. I spoke with a young lady named Britney, she was so helpful and kind. She was extremely knowledgeable about the workings of the car as well as explaining maintenance that we can do to prevent things from happening in the future. Everything she explained to us as to what to expect from the time we got there to the time we left was very accurate (no surprises) even when taking care of the bill. The whole experience went very smoothly and very stress free. I would highly recommend this AllStar Dodge dealership above all others. Every business needs a "Britney" on their team. She really made the biggest difference.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I brought my truck in for warranty repairs and my rear door panels got damaged in the process of replacing the back glass. The dealership pointed fingers at everyone they possibly could except for themselves. They will never take fault for anything or make the situation right. All they do is the bare minimum to get you off their back so they can move on and screw the next customer over.If all star was the only dealership in the world, I would ride a bicycle. They are horrible.

Sandra in the service department was wonderful. She knew exactly what I needed done and went above and beyond to get it done as fast as possible, so I didn’t have to wait long. Thank you Sandra for working so hard to get me in and out quickly.

Thank you for making the buying process of my 2023 Dodge Charger VERY disappointing. Our sales agent was very nice. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the used car manager or the service manager. For one, I don't appreciate being lied to and two, you need to keep your word especially when I have it in black and white. If it would have been any other car, I would have walked out. I'm happy I got my car, but I will not recommend your dealership and I will never buy another from you.

It's amazing how a price of a vehicle changes by $2000 when you get $2000 more for your trade in. Vehicle price clearly becomes more than what advertised price is after dealer discount not counting any incentives for cash back ext... Living out of state and don't qualify for any of the other cash incentives is a whole other explanation. Dealer advertised discount is clearly stated at $6000 and is a discount that should be honored. The sale price is clearly over the price of the dealer discount price before other incentives. Please make sure you read all the numbers before you sign anything. Lesson learned the hard way with them not caring and saying the deal is done. Also had no problem telling you you won't get licensed plates before temp tags expire but they will pay any and all fines/penalties if you get pulled over because of this.

Great overall experience. They gave me a fair price and the process was quick and painless. I left fully protected on my Jeep and I am thankful for Tray's help making this smooth and fun.

Highly disappointed with the lack of customer care and service from this dealership. Had appointment setup to go in for recalls and a issue with uconnect radio display. Go in and was informed that they had to order parts for recall. This was supposed to have been on order for me before the appointment. Ok I’ll let that slide. To add to it. When I purchased the vehicle there was a outstanding recall which should have been performed before sale. Federal law prohibits selling a vehicle with a recall on it. I stayed there all day for what they said was reprogramming of the unconnect. Arrived at 830 and left at 430pm. Get on road and the same error comes back on, plus service trailer light comes on and a check engine light. Called service advisor back and she was real nice (one bright spot at least). Going on 4 weeks no parts. Which I get with current issues of production. I called in and asked for appointment in mean time to take care of the comeback issues with radio and check engine light. I wound up fixing the service trailer problem. The tech had not put radio trim back right and was pushing the adjuster button in. I explained to the person setting up the appointments. ( rather rude person). Told her I cannot sit at the shop again all day. I would like a loaner I have extended warranty plus I saw them give another customer one while I was there so I know they have them. She told me they don’t. I asked to speak to service manager. She sent to his voicemail. Left message. Never called back. Waited a week nothing. Called and left message again for him to call me back. Nothing. Called for the gm , Mr Jackson, Nothing from him either. As a business owner, I always call my customers back as soon as possible especially to discuss complaints and comebacks. Wish I would have known this before buying from this place

Ron was the best salesman. He and the manager, Rob, really went above and beyond for us. When our first choice didn’t work out, he went out of his way to get us in an even BETTER car and has made sure we were satisfied with everything ever since. Appreciated the effort they put into our sale.

Tu was absolutely phenomenal. After a rough beginning he managed to turn it around and made the buying process easy and stress free. I went there with the want to purchase a brand new Jeep Gladiator. I made sure to explain exactly what I was looking for look and cost wise. He managed to even help me save a little bit more from my previous car note. He is the man to go too if you need someone to get things done that will actually work in your favor.

DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!! Took my Ram 3500 in for warranty repairs to my transmission. They failed to put it back together properly and it came apart and did major damage on my ride back home to Atlanta, GA. The GM and service manager didn’t want to acknowledge me and it took several weeks to get any answers. They then denied the severity of the damages that were found by another Ram dealership. 3 months later. I still have no vehicle and they don’t seem to care. The GM still hasn’t responded to my calls. FCA is giving me the runaround and I will have to sue privately.

Absolutely the worst experience with a dealership EVER! We were there ALL day and kept getting put aside for the salesman and sales manager to help other customers! We were traveling through the state when we lost our motor, so we got towed to the dealer. We were stuck and had to purchase something. We were at the dealer from 6:30 am until 5pm!There was a recall on our truck, so they scheduled us for 1st thing Monday morning on our way back through the state, and again we were stuck at the dealership until about 4pm!THEN the dealership did not complete all the paperwork and send it to our state for registration. We went through 2 temporary tags, waiting for the dealership to send all the paperwork after NUMEROUS calls from both me and my husband. We ended up paying the late fees to our Tax Collector Office out of pocket so that we could get our truck registered and tags, and was told from the dealership that they would overnight me a reimbursement check to pay me back for there error. Here it is, 2 months later, and after MANY calls and texts, I STILL HAVEN'T gotten reimbursed! And no one will return phone calls!!! I would NEVER recommend this dealership to ANYONE!

Trey was amazing and I believe the young lady that helped us was named Hannah, she was the best, they’re both super friendly, made us feel right at home, like WE mattered, and worked with us to make the entire experience totally worth the 2 hour drive. The finance manager was also very helpful and I think all three of them should be commended on the excellent customer service they provide to every customer they deal with. I had a 2017 Ram 1500 Crew Cab Sport and I’ve ALWAYS wanted a Challenger, they made it happen and made it a memorable experience for both my Husband and I, thank you guys, YOU are totally AWESOME!

Trustler Slaughter was wonderful. She knew exactly what kind of car we wanted for my daughter. When the car was available at a neighboring lot, she moved it to her lot. Then, she knew we couldn’t get there in person to discuss price, so we were able to have all communication in advance from our home. Without hesitation, she stayed after hours to close our deal to accommodate our schedule and everything that was promised was delivered. She made us feel comfortable with every question we asked and even worked with the manager to accommodate our payment method. This was the easiest car purchase ever. Would highly recommend her to others!
