If I could zero stars I would!! Service department does not help you at all. You can call them over and over on a daily basis leave voicemails and nobody will ever call you back. When I finally am able to talk with an advisor they give me wrong customer information then apologize then proceed to say.. "let me get my stuff straight and together before we proceed with anything else". I bought a used Kia not even 6 months ago, motor completely took a dump on me. Finally was able to diagnose it with a failed motor which is covered with warranty since all kias are crap and have a million recalls!! Was told I could get a rental I've been trying for a week to get a rental which then I'm told there are two insurances they don't accept which of course one of them being my insurance! I am trying to reach my service advisor for 2 weeks now. Marchers are terrible I leave voicemails and they don't even call me back!! Kia just needs a whole new staff including mangers. Terrible terrible service

I recently bought a used car from this dealership. I realized after leaving the lot that I didn't get mileage/dates of when the oil should be changed again. After multiple texts to the salesman about this, he send a number back that is 21,000 miles from my current odometer, which i knew was wrong. Then after not even driving the car for a week my check engine light came on. I have called and left multiple message/text/emails all for them to go unanswered.

Service department installed an anti-theft device as per bulletin I received. They washed my car. DeMarcus, a salesman, showed me how to use my navigation among other things. Samantha kept me updated about my car.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

The service department is a complete joke, very unprofessional and disrespectful. The service advisor that I was forced to deal with named Samantha (middle desk) was a very rude, dismissive, unprofessional woman who had very poor communication and people skills. She did not communicate with me at all during the 2 1/2 months that my car was there which forced me to have to deal with the service manager who was not much different from her. It was a horrible experience. My car needed a new engine, which was covered by KIA, and after 8 weeks it was finally put in and returned back to me. Just a few days after leaving the dealership the engine light came back on and showed the same code for what I originally took the car to them for, and I was told by the manager, Todd, that they “may have put to much oil in the car when they changed it, which would make the engine light come on for a knock sensor” sounded weird to me however after waiting 4 hours at the dealership, Todd came back with the keys saying it was taken car of. After leaving the dealership again for the 2nd time, two days later the engine light comes back on showing the same code. I called Todd the manager and he advised me to bring the car back AGAIN so they can see what’s going on AGAIN. I did so, and after another 5/6 days of them holding the car saying they had fixed the issue and were “test driving” the car to make sure the engine light did not come back on, I went and picked up the car, only to get to the first Red light and the engine light comes back on. Lol. Unbelievable. They did not do what they said they would do, they only cleared the code on my car, knowing it would come back on soon and I would be responsible from then on. Complete snakes. Untrustworthy. Word means nothing. I would advise dealing with the location on Seigen Lane in Baton Rouge, hopefully they are better. Don’t make the mistake I made.Services: Electrical repair

I had my hybrid vehicle towed to their dealership after it shut down. Their service department told me that I needed to replace a part that was $2000. As I did my research, I realized that they may be lying to me and the fix could be a $50 fuse. Sure enough, I swapped out the fuse on their lot, and they were irate with me. The service manager yelled at me about not touching my vehicle in their garage. Honestly, they were upset that they didn't get my $2K. My car started just fine and I drove away.
If they had just been up front and honest with me in the beginning I would have had a much better experience and would trust them enough to come back. However, their service department are liars and will tell you anything to get your money. I would never take your vehicle there.Service: Electrical

Found the vehicle i wanted, put my information in. Was contacted and quoted a price "TTL out the door" by Damarcus, a floor manager. The next morning I acquired insurance and the payment only to be told by another manager that my new price to pay was $10,000 more than it was the day before. They tacked on a $6000 market adjustment that I wasn't informed of the first time, then taxed the deal at a rate 5% higher that it should have been. Seems kinda ethically slimy when I was quoted a price out the door by a manager and when someone realized they could probably get more they pulled out a price $10k more.The document I was shown with the new price did not even itemize the market adjustment, just had the vehicle price listed higher than sticker as If I just overlooked something the first go round. At this time, would not be my recommendation.
