I was traveling thru LA. and was experiencing a mechanical issue with my 2016 Nissan Rouge and pulled into ALL STAR Nissan BR.How fortunate I was to be greeted and helped by the SERVICE STAFF.MARY (service manager) B…Was nothing but helpful & genuine in her effort to help…Long story short…it was late Saturday afternoon and my issue had to wait til Monday AM to resolve.Mary and her team got me back on the road in a rental and I was able to make my appointment in Texas that Sunday.All Star Nissan service department is ? legit!!Great team led by Mary.I would recommend THIER service department to my Grandmother!

Great service and the people are always nice and professional. We were late to our last appointment and it was no problem. Feel bad we lost the email for an official review through Nissan. Ollie is awesome!!

Ollie was kind, helpful, and explained everything in "women's language." Solo, the technician informed me of what was wrong with my vehicle and what to look for to indicate if I should bring my vehicle back in for further assessment and repair. Nest dealership service experience I have ever had! Thank you so so much!

What an amazing experience! My only car had crapped out on me the night before and needed a car ASAP. I had a 10 hour work day ahead of me. I was able to do everything online, though text messaging and phone calls. when I got off and got to the dealership it was just signing everything and I was out and done with in 10 minutes driving away in my brand new car!

My car is under warranty. Parts have been in for 5 days. Tried reaching them for 3 days now. No one will even return a call. I am a 20 year customer that will be taking his green money elsewhere. Did no good sending contact info today, 04/25/23. You and the warranty company can deal with my attorney tomorrow. My new vehicle picture attached.Well today is 08/04/23. Last week my A/C went out again. Now I find out they only changed two hoses and halfass fixed it so it could make it until it was out of warranty. I will never buy another Nissan or deal with any All Star dealership.

I enjoyed most of my experience here. However, the only person I had an issue with was Kristen. She was very nice when I was buying my vehicle and when she was convincing me to get the extra coverage, gap insurance etc. in the months following my purchase, had to call her on two different occasions to request information. The first time I called, she was very rude to me. A month later when I called about something else, she just didn't answer and I left a message. She never called me back. I ended up having to go in person just to ask a question. Luckily I was able to find Adrian, who was such a big help and a pleasure to be around. He immediately answered my question, and I was out in 5 minutes.

The first day on a Saturday was great. Mary is a nice person.However when I went back on a Thursday afternoon Ollie wasn't very nice acted like I was bothering him.I do not want to deal with again.I paid WAY TOO MUCH MONEYto be treated like by Ollie!!!!!

I was looking for a particular Nissan Rogue and found my choice on All Stars website. It was coming in as a new arrival. Over the phone, I talked to Jana Nielsen, with sales, and she notified me the morning it arrived. That evening, I met Jana at the dealership. She showed me the Rogue and explained its features. She was so nice and friendly. She answered all my questions. We talked numbers of cost and different loan terms. Within minutes we settled on an agreement I was comfortable with. My final cost was much less than two other dealerships I met with. Jana gave me a tour of the entire dealership explaining each departments specific job. Everyone I met at All Star was friendly, greeted me with a hello and a smile. Not only did I make the right choice in buying another Nissan, but buying from All Star made it a pleasant experience. Thank you All Star and a special thanks to Jana Nielsen.

They will rip you off! Worst experience ever!!! Traded in a truck with no issues, still looked brand new. They took it with no problem and sold me a brand new vehicle with the engine stalling out. I would give a negative review if I could. This dealership is horrible!!! Now I’m stuck w.o a vehicle and no way to get back and forth from work!

We had a very nice buying experience at All Star Nissan. Our salesman, Taylor Tripp, was very friendly, laid back, no pressure and easy to work with. We were purchasing our daughter her first car and it was a stress-free, relaxing experience compared to pretty much every other dealership you go to.

They really try to help you into the vehicle of your dreams! My sales person Ms. Tammy Perkins is the best car salesperson I’ve ever encountered. She has the customer’s best interest in mind when she helps you with your purchase at All Star Nissan on Juban Rd Denham Springs, La. I’ve utilized her twice for my new car purchases.

Darryl Johnson was by far the best sales guy I’ve ever dealt with. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, went above and beyond in my book. I’d recommend Allstar Nissan simply because that’s where he works. Also, the purchasing process was so painless. In and out in no time, the finance department was very transparent and helpful and most of all wasn’t pushy on all the extra warranties. 10/10
