Chloe was very polite and knowledgeable! She recommended the Samsung Galaxy6 watches for our phones and we got them! Chloe also suggested we get a case and face plate for the new phone. Got that too! Chloe made our experience worth the time spent their! Our plan was to just grab a phone and leave but she made us feel at home. It's nice when someone cares about me which made me want to buy half the products in the store ? ?. Thanks Chloe and good luck!!

I've had a major issue with the location by my house. It's been on going for 3 months now. I met a corporate worker at another location and she's helping me currently. She refered me to Shawn at the crossing way location. When I arrived, Shawn was incredibly understanding and helpful. The staff there was very friendly. He helped me every step of the way as much as he could. Very formal, knowledgeable and friendly. He took extra steps to help make the issue go smooth. Highly recommend him and will be making sure I only go to his location for future purchases and issues.

My phone was destroyed and I wasn't sure the info on the phone was going to transfer to the new phone. My husband of 39 years recently died and I was crying and praying I did not lose my pics. Not only was the agent able to transfer almost all data, he was kind, soft spoken and sincere. He comforted me while I cried. We were both so happy that it worked we shared a hug. The caring and understanding shown to me, will never be forgotten. I recommend the ATT store on Juban road to anyone who needs help with their phone. A+ rating from me.

Had old promotions posted throughout the store. There is always a line and waiting so long to get taken care of and there is never a "manager" on site to speak with so you never get anything resolved. Unless your going to buy a phone, that's the only good option thats available. And a restroom!!!!

As SOON as I walked in, I was greeted by an employee. After explaining my problem, she immediately went to the wall and returned with my options. She explained the differences but emphasized the benefit of the warranty. AWESOME SERVICE!

Went in to attempt to make a payment at multiple locations. Neither location was able to process a cash payment ?. I realize it's 2024, but I'm old school and don't use payment apps etc . I prefer to pay in cash if I can. Maybe it's just me but I feel any business that claims to have the ability to accept payments on site at a brick and mortar location should be able to accept cash. It's a universal currency. Be prepared to service all customers not just some. ☹️

Very clean store. I was blown away by the prices for phones. The cheapest phone I saw was $800.00 !! Needless to say I wasn’t there but a few minutes and left. I’m sure if I shop around I’ll be able to get a new phone cheaper than what they’re selling them for here.

The person that was supposed to be helping me had no clue and made me feel as though I was wasting her time. It was more of a "take it or leave it" attitude. I will NEVER bother you with my business again.
