While attending an appointment last weekend (on top of the programed music) a very loud movie was playing on one of the large televisions. The content/language was inappropriate. It made me (and my children) very uncomfortable. The lack of customer service and willingness to do her job was also alarming. The attendant made it very clear that we could have set up my daughter’s phone from home…even after we both stated our reasons for making the appointment. (We also purchased 3 different accessories for the phone.) We’ve been in the store many times in the past and have had great customer service, but something has obviously changed.

The customer service person was very rude and refused to be helpful. I only visited the store after I called and was told that there was no need to order what I needed from the online AT&T store because what I was looking for was in stock at the store I visited. When I arrived the person that helped me or should have helped me was only rude and when I was leaving she and her co-worker laughed at me. It was a completely wasted trip and it cost me an additional day to get my needed item because of how late the order was made.

I walked in the store was not greeted, sat for 30mins, had to approach a worker for assistance and how to sign in!! I work in customer service for a large company and our customers come first not being acknowledged really pissed me off!

The rep that was suppose to be helping was very rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all. I went it to but a new iPad and upgrade an iPhone. He was so rude and acted as if he couldn’t do anything on his end. I ended up having to call costumer service myself while in the store. It all worked out in my favor I told the customer service rep how awful an experience I had In the store, I was able to purchase my iPad and upgrade all over the phone and was eligible for discounts the in store rep knew nothing about when I asked.

Staff didn't want to work today. They refused to order a phone for me. They seemed to be more interested in returning to watch the saints game on the store tv.

Melanie C was helpful when selling the phone but after was unbelievably rude. Walking away without resolving an issue and accusing me of using the wrong ID to sign in to the phone. I will not use this store again.

I was having a problem transferring my phone number to my new phone. Thomas resolved my problem in ten minutes or less. He did an outstanding job!

Had an appointment at 3:00 and walked up to find them locking the doors. They said they had to close because they were short staffed. No one called us to cancel the appointment or anything. Thankfully our appointment was to cancel service because their customer service is the worst of all cell phone carriers. Please think twice before using AT&T. Verizon is much better, highly recommend the Walker location.

I went to this to activate my dad's new prepaid phone (he already had an account). He lost his old phone, and then it wouldn't let me activate it, so I had to go in. The worker that tried helping kept asking me where my dad's sim card was for the phone that was lost and why I didn't want to just change his number and add a line to my account. I told her because he's been having the same number for over 30 years, and he's 78 years old. He wouldn't remember it. Her response was well he doesn't need to call anyone at that age. ?. Needless to say, she didn't get it done. I went to a different store, and they fixed within 5 mins in Houma

I just upgraded to the new iPhone 15 Pro Max and looked at my bill, the worker not only added extra insurance that we didn’t talk about but they added the “Early Upgrade Feature” as well AND a “premium data plan” that the account owner doesn’t even have!!! THREE different extra charges on my bill WITHOUT ASKING. Be careful shopping here!

The staff was friendly, patient and very helpful. I was seen immediately but had a complicated issue which caused me to stay over 20 minutes. 5 stars ⭐️ to Juban ATT employees!!!

Howard greeted me as soon as I walked into the store. Introduced himself and asked the reason for my visit. I was there to purchase an iPad Pro to use for designing furniture. He was super helpful in suggesting the right accessories and got an Apple Pencil ordered from another store to have delivered for me to pick up from the Juban Crossing store. Howard was quick with all the answers to all of my questions and helped me get my new iPad Pro set up and walked me through its features and made sure I was comfortable with everything. Without a doubt, it was the best experience I've ever had at an AT&T store! I highly recommend anyone in the area needing any kind of help with their AT&T accounts to go see Howard or any of the friendly and helpful staff at the AT&T store at Juban Crossing!!
