0 customer service! Kevin couldn't even be bothered to greet me or say goodbye. I guess just having someone show up to work is a plus these days, but I would have preferred the outsourced agents over this this clown. Please do better AT&T.

Went here after getting lied to at another store and the Profesionalism showed by one employee, cameron, truly impressed me. He knowledgeably explained every question I asked clearly and concisely without delay. Never seen that before at an at&t store. Make him a rep or something the guy kept you at least one customer.

I was very happy with my purchase at the ATT on range the service was very worth it the people that helped me Kayla and her partner really gave me a friendly and supportive visit I enjoyed them both and the merchandise that was sold to me Thnks you Guys

Poor service and no customer support at this location. They sold us phones and didn't take the time to service them correctly. My wife and I went in to upgrade our phones on a Friday. The store was not busy, and we were helped right away. At first, we were pleased with our new phones, cases and screen protectors. We were told that transferring everything from our current phones to the new ones would take 2-3 hours of waiting at the store, so we were given written instructions to download the AT&T transfer app to do it at home. WRONG. That is not the way to transfer your iPhone. Later that night the problems started, my phone had no e-sims so no cellular service and my wife's phone only had half of the storage space of her current device. So, we spent our Saturday morning at another AT&T store location getting service to my phone and upgrading my wife's phone to the correct device. And she had to pay the $55 restocking fee and buy a new screen protector for a lesser product that she didn't even use. They wasted our time and money.

After a terrible experience at the Att Store in Watson La (I didn't get the lady's name that was working) Sonny at the Denham Springs was very fast and helpful. Thank you for quickly and easily resolving my issue!!!

I want to submit a great review for an employee handling services inside of the Denham springs store. Her knowledge and speed of service was incredible. She was able to handle any question or situation and resolve it while discussing my current plan and upgrading to the newest iPhone, and I wish there were a hundred more like Chelsea working for AT&T.

Just walked in on a weekday morning at 9:15. Appears to be only one person on the floor today helping customers, she’s been with only one this whole time and there are now 5-6 ppl waiting. No sense of urgency whatsoever from this woman. There’s usually a sign in sheet/log that you’re able to write your info on so they can at least keep track of who is next in line, SOMETHING!? Just very nonchalant, no sense of urgency or a simple “sorry about the wait, guys….we’ll be with you as soon as we can…”

These ppl at this store NEVER have what anyone needs or advise of where to go to get what you need. They never sell anything and have no inventory. I don't know if how they stay.open. they done this for a couple years that I can count. I would hate to have that store much less the employees. What phone company don't have minutes or know where one can get some or a card at. They sent me to Walmart. I quit when it comes to that walker store. Just my opinion. Have a better day!

My husband and I went in on Sept 11th about an hour before close for phone upgrades. Both workers were helping other people and there was one person ahead of us but we didn’t have to wait too long. The workers were so friendly and helpful. They even stayed past close to help us finish our phone upgrades. They were cheerful, funny, and fast. I wish I could remember their names so I could give them credit. They were awesome!
