“Completely botched my suit jacket.
She’s usually good but this is terrible. She needed to bring in the sleeves a bit and sewed the buttons back on all wrong.
I have to wear this tomorrow so there isn’t even time to fix it.
A mistake like this should have been caught before she gave me the jacket.
I have 4 dress shirts, another jacket, and several pants I was going to take to her soon but I’ll find someone else.
EDIT: she called me after I posted this and offered to fix it. Unfortunately I didn’t have the time to go back so my wife fixed it. Adding 2 stars for her effort to fix the issue. Apparently it was an employee who did this not her.”

She listened to my feedback and was able to help me find a dress that I love! She was completely transparent about pricing making sure we were okay with the amount we were spending.
