$170 for an oil change and thankfully we had an appointment and dropped it off because we didn’t get a call till 4:30 that it was ready after it was there all day! Just an oil change $170!!!

A few weeks ago I went in for an alignment and needed my front caster forward a bit. I called ahead to make sure they would be able to align 35" wheels with an answer of "Yes, no problem". After leaving the parking lot the steering wheel was sitting at 8 and 4 oclock at zero radius. Returned and supposedly the issue was "fixed". I have since been trying to troubleshoot what I thought may be a wheel balance issue, and tried to find the culprit. This is what I found. Upper control arm about to completely fall out. I gave 2 stars simply because the customer service was ok.Service: Wheel alignment

Saw a nail in the tire of my new car (1 week old) on Friday night. Swore a bit and dropped it off after hours. Called in on Saturday to check on it. They said the nail hadn't punctured the tire. I could come pick up the keys no charge. If I had pulled out the nail myself the tire would have gone flat in seconds. You're lifesavers! Thank you! We'll be back when we actually have a problem.

You know I was excited to have a shop open up by the house that I can use regularly. I have tried 3 times to make an appointment on the website with this particular shop. I go online, pick a date and time. With an available spot that is right there on their site and each time they have called and told me it wasn't available. Mind you this last time I made it online. Then called a couple hours later when I had time to confirm and was told that it would be fine at that time and date, only to have some one call me and tell me that they couldn't do it. This is the worse customer service I have ever received. FIX YOUR WEBSITE if you have appointments booked. I will be telling everyone about the horrible service this shop provides. Thanks

I called to get a rough idea how much it would cost for a repair on my car and they refuse to even give me a ballpark figure. Provided zero information other than trying to scam me into bringing the car in so they can charge me just to even look at it. Not good business. It's 2023, Grease monkeys. Your old ways of scamming people are slowly going away.

They do a fantastic job and we come here any time we need service. Not only did they replace my two busted tires, but they noticed a third was damaged with a bubble and a slit in the tire and slowly leaking air. So they let us know and sent us a pic, and took care of the third. I had no idea and appreciate them taking the time to see that. Thank you!

My vehicle was overheating in the area so I dropped it off for a diagnostic. I was told it was a loose hose clamp and they fixed the issue. After getting my vehicle home, I checked and noticed they had filled my coolant reservoir to the brim instead of the max line. I had coolant overflowing. The next day I drove my vehicle into town only to have it overheat again. The problem was not diagnosed and overfilling the reservoir was incompetence. I went to a competitor that found it to be a blown head gasket and confirmed with another mechanic that will be fixing it. I will not be back here.

Had a tire blowout on my drive between Florida and Texas. After throwing my spare on, I called to see if they had the tire I needed to match my set. They had the tire and took care of me as soon as I rolled through town. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Also brand new building that was clean and the wife loved the cold waiting room. Thank y’all!

Went in for a tire rotation on my 3500 Dodge Ram. After service was finished, as we drove off 2 center caps of our tires fell off in the parking lot. We brought them back in to Chris who was at the counter in the front. He immediately ordered 2 new center caps and told us if anything else happens let him know immediately. Drove across highway to the store where the another cap fell off and the other one was rattling and was broken as well. We called Chris back and another guy answered and told us that Chris was on lunch and he would give him the message. I checked back later that day with Chris and he stated that he received the message from his coworker and had order 2 more center caps. We also notice they had damaged 3 of the other hub caps by not using the correct tool to remove them and bent them in several different places around each hubcap. The back passenger rear has the worst damage. Has huge scratches and gouges in the hubcap. We brought the truck in the next day for the store Manager ( Terrance)to see the damage in person as he asked us too. He pretty much told my husband that there is nothing he could do, because there is no proof that they caused the damaged. When I asked for them to pull cameras to see the footage of my truck being worked on Terrance explained there are no cameras in the bay where the vehicles are worked on.(hard to believe)He contacted his Area Manager (Ronnie Porsche) who told Terrance to have the Jones Creek location call me and have us bring the truck into the Jones Creek for him to see the damage. I explained that this is a work truck and I will not lose a day of business for something that they did. All the while I was given an email to send pictures in and the email did not work. Area manager would not call me to discuss the situation. If I ran my business the way this business has handled our issue, I would be out of Business. All we want is for them to fix what they damaged. That’s it! To be continued…….
