I found out the next day that the service was at a church instead of a funeral home so I called immediately to see if I could change the delivery address. To my astonishment, I found out that the people at Rickey Heroman's had already verified the service had been set at a church instead of the funeral home, and they'd already sent the order to a florist in that delivery area, too! I cannot recommend Rickey Heroman's enough. I thought I would have a hard time changing the address or getting a refund, but instead I found a level of customer service that is very rarely encountered.”
