My wife and I bought a washing machine from the denham springs store about 13 days ago. We were told by 2 Different floor associates there that they would move the dryer remove the old washer and install the new washer. The delivery guys delivered and refused the install claiming they couldn't move anything only install. Well thats not the info given to us. I called the denham store and got the biggest run around of finger pointing whos fault it was they wouldn't install. I spoke with a manager that refused to give me his name and his position was sorry our employees lied to you but we are not moving anything and you are on your own for the install?????? What kind of half a** idiot run company is this? Instead of doing the right thing and installing the washer i bought and they promised to install he said well we will talk to our employees about lying to customers??? Not sure if there is anyone within your company with any integrity but they sure don't work at the Denham Springs Store...NEVER TO RETURN AGAIN!! Tracy Baron225 400 3530

worst customer service every no one's never around to help you . Associate told they we're going to get help never came back waited twenty minutes for someone to come back or to help . Absolutely the worst won't be going back anytime soon .

The employees here seem to enjoy an exclusive social experience that completely excludes customers.I have been seriously treated like I am invisible and my voice is apparently a frequency that is beyond the hearing range of the staff here. What the hell happened to the Home Depot customer experience? There are simply some things I can't get elsewhere without mail ordering those items. This store is slap full of "not my department" people, whose only department seems to be texting and personal phone calls. Where is management???Sad customer service, it's a shame.

By far, the worst location I have shopped to date. I've never seen so many employees doing there best to do nothing. I was forced to go here twice in one week but never again. My first clue of my forthcoming experience is when I asked what isle can I find the vinyl siding and the employee had no knowledge of what it was. The staff is not knowledgeable, quick to say they don't know or just don't want to be bothered and insist for you to go look online.

I shop at this almost weekly and never has anyone questioned my Louisiana drivers license with a veteran ID for proof of my military service. Today they informed me they only accept it on holidays. So what happened since last week? Needless to say they paid someone to restock the items in my cart when I walked out and went to Lowe's who do not have a problem with veteran discounts. I will not return to Home Depot. Veterans look out.

customer service is terrible. nothing could be worse. managers are not very qualified. They do not know the important rules in the work: “The client is the manager's salary. The client must be satisfied with the quality of services. Work so that the client returns!

We came to the Home Depot today(11/18/2018) and talked with a guy by the name of Mike. I wanted to buy some Lattice stripes and wanted him to comp it from Stines. Well-instead his boards were no quality and smaller so I ended up going to Stein's and getting better quality boards for less money and no attitude. I would recommend Stines instead of Home Depot.

Terrible for those with disabilities. If you need the scooter or a wheelchair, good luck getting through aisles which are narrow and filled with stuff on displays. Otherwise the staff are great and helpful.

I won't recommend this Home Depot until they fix their flag. This is disgraceful! Apparently they have letting this flag fly like this for several weeks. That's what I was told by one of the associates.

This store is the worst for customer service every time I go in here and I ask somebody to send one of their customer service people to help me out I sit and I wait and I wait and I wait today I walked up to three different people that work there asking for help from molding baseboards and every time everyone 5 minutes no one showed up didn't hear nothing over the PA nothing and they never have what you need in stock don't ever go to this Home Depot go to the one on Airline Highway in Baton Rouge if you want good help because the one in Denham they ain't going to help you do s*** there to f****** lazy and they weren't even busy today at all you can go f*** yourself Denham Springs Home Depot

This Home Depot is absolutely ridiculous! Not too many experiences here are the least bit good but yesterday was terrible! We waited over an hour & a half for some boards. We told the associate as soon as we stepped in the store. Called a manager and he was nonchalant. He said "oh yeah yall have been waiting a long time". No apology was offered and he went on to laugh with another associate! This place is terrible.
