Shipping and returns can be a frustrating and tedious errand- especially when you aren’t 100% sure what you need. However, this location has always exceeded my expectations in the best way. The staff is so incredibly kind and helpful. They treat everyone with respect and compassion. They make each transaction so quick and easy. Trevelle is an exceptional employee! He is always so helpful, greets everyone as they enter, and genuinely brightens my day each time I come in. And every time I go in to the office to pick up or drop off a package, the ladies there are so sweet. I know there are a lot of bad reviews but I try to put things in perspective. USPS has been a fustercluck since Dejoy took over. The folks who work there are doing the best they can with what they have available.”
