“Everyone greeted my mom and I. They worked as a team. We had to return three things. Connor came outside and helped me get the heavy umbrella holder out of the car. He measured it as well because we needed several boxes. Rylan got the boxes and started putting them together, liam was helping us at the register, Watson was helping Connor undo the screws on the pole and Kayley was helping other customers. They worked great together as a team and we successfully returned the items. We greatly appreciate the superior customer service we received today. Thank you”
“During the brief freeze of 2021, my mailbox had been hit. Due to Covid-19, I'd Worried I wouldn't be able to find anyone to come install a new one. Then a friend Recommended Harts! I Reached out hoping to hear back within a few days, too my surprise they responded same day. From that point on it was smooth sailing. From the time of setting the appointment, to the installation later that day this company was great! The Employee they'd sent to my residence was professional, friendly and most importantly fast! He had the new box installed before the mail was delivered that day! All in all, it was a very good, stress free experience. “Y'know, I have issues with my stuff getting delivered occasionally, but I don't sweat it too much because I know the folks who work these jobs have a chaotic workload each day. And every time I go in to the office to pick up or drop off a package, the ladies there are so sweet. I know there are a lot of bad reviews but I try to put things in perspective. USPS has been a fustercluck since Dejoy took over. The folks who work there are doing the best they can with what they have available.”

“Joey repaired doors on my older mailbox unit which no one makes parts for any more. This was a huge savings over replacing the larger unit. I had an easy time communicating with Joey over phone, text and email. He was responsive every time I contacted him and he understood that I could not move quickly to approve the project.
