We were greeted as we entered the store by Alex, who was very welcoming. He was very knowledgeable of all the product. He asked a little bit about why we were looking for a new mattress and helped us pick out the mattress that fit our needs. He was very knowledgeable and I’m glad he was there when we arrived.

The buying and delivery process was wonderful. I can’t thank the salesman and delivery staff enough for their professionalism and positive attitude and assistance. I highly recommend Mattress Firm if you are interested in a new bed. We bought an adjustable bed can’t wait to enjoy it.
