“Mr. John Jernigan is the best! He is always willing to help us and assist us at Walker High School. When our school switched to Advanced Office Solutions, he took time and gave me a personal crash course on how the copiers worked and basic troubleshooting. He will come immediately in person or FaceTime us. I am so thrilled we are partnered with Advanced Office Solutions. They are the epitome of customer service.Update: November 30. AOS now sells security camera systems. And how do I know this? My technician, John, told me about it. Guys, this system is truly state-of-the-art. Our school as looking to purchase the system. It is through Verkada. It has facial recognition, license plate recognition. They have environmental sensors. It comes with the online service and AOS technicians to help with everything. I know John goes over and beyond. The customer care at AOS is top notch. People could really learn about how to treat customers from this company.”

“Their service is impeccable. Ask for Steve Gammon. His service is second to none. I refer him to everyone I know. He is not a salesman that disappears after the sell, he sees it through and still checks in all the time and we have been having our machines for over ten years. If you think ink is killing your budget call. I’m telling the cost with Gulf Coast is much more effective than big box stores. Plus have you ever had a printer last more than 10 years. I have 3.”

It's easy to get to: Take the light just south of I-10 and go round the desolate lands of Essen Park Ave.2. The customer service. There are many people on staff. Everyone I've dealt with has been friendly, helpful and polite. And expeditious.3. Quality. “Chad Guidry, the general manager, is very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. From the moment, I walked in I was greeted by the cashier, workers were busy put products up, and everyone had a positive attitude. I really appreciated the young man who would not take no for an answer to carry my heavy box of 8 reams of copy paper to my car. I was going to pull my car around. He insisted that he could carry it. What a gentleman! He has great leadership skills and understands customer service. Every time I go in now, I am greeted and acknowledged. I have been to other Office Depots, but this one on Perkins Rd & Bluebonnet is my go to. The positive starts from the top … and it shows. Thank you, Chad, & team!”

“Kenneth Mccray gets 20 stars. This guy deserves a promotion for his great customer service and hard work! I arrived at the store location at 9am and noticed he was outside standing in front of the store. That's a plus the first employee to arrive to work before time. When the store open I was looking for certain item and he stopped what he was doing to help me after noticing only one item was on the shelf, he checked storage and found one more, after he checked other store locations going above and beyond to help me. I checked out and went back to the office to notice I purchased the wrong item and needed the toner also! I took a picture with my phone of the toner I needed and went back to Office Depot. I brought the drum for the printer along with me but noticed I left my phone. The manager on duty stated she knows nothing about printers and couldn't help me figure out what toner I needed for the drum. This lady seen at this point I was aggravated at myself for leaving my phone behind rushing and still didn't even try to google it she just said I don't know I can't help you so I took it upon myself to go back to the aisle and see if i can find a match when Kenneth Mccray walked up noticing I came in an hour ago and said are you ok? Do you need help? I told him what I did, what I needed, and he said oh that's easy and I was able to make it back to my store to open on time! Thanks, Kenneth you are the best at what you do, and I hope it doesn't go unnoticed and the general manager Mr. Robbie see he has an employee ready to be manager because the manager on duty was rude and not a people's person at all. From the time I walked to her and asked are you open she stated this is a computer not a cash register making me feel very dumb in front of other customers. Kenneth just keep being you and great at what you do because it matters to the customers how they are treated.”
