“I am a repeat customer at this store. My service received from Mr. Carl Hudson recently is always beyond reproach. His customer service skills are great and his ability to communicate with his customers in a professional effective manner is always a joy when I meet him no matter how long it’s been before I enter the store, for my next purchase. The furniture quality always great, however this time I brought a queen mattress in the store and it seems to do well with my back. However, once I’ve slept on it the first night and purchased a pillow top cover for the 2nd night trying to make it work it still a lot firmer than what I experienced in the store. It is unfortunate that return of these items is always frowned on by management, so maybe I’ll try to sell it and then go back and purchase a different one. The brand that I bought was supposed to be very popular, however, maybe not for me?”

Although our problems have been few and mostly inner-company related, a technician was always readily available to come in and take a look. “From childhood I loved walking the aisles at Louisiana Office Solutions to look at all the pencils, markers and crayons. I was always amazed how many types of paper they had on the shelves. It really got fun when they added puzzles and backpacks. A trip for something simple turns into a walk down memory lane. Everyone is so nice. My friends that have big deliveries, like furniture or heavy boxes, tell me they look forward to seeing their delivery person. I would like to say an early Congratulations. They are very close to their 100th Birthday.
