Really need to change the hours to “whenever they want to” multiple times I have stopped at night are early morning from work and the door is locked when the attendant is just standing around or playing on their phone. Shaking their head at me like I’m the one bothering them.
No longer have to worry about that anymore, will not return again

RaceTrac is hands-down my favorite pit stop. Whether I’m filling up the tank or grabbing a quick bite, it’s always clean, well-stocked, and just plain easy to navigate. The drink and snack selection? Elite. I’m talking fountain drinks the size of small buckets, and enough coffee choices to make you feel like a barista.
But what really sets this place apart is the staff. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with smiles, good energy, and folks who actually seem to enjoy being there. They keep the place spotless, the shelves full, and they somehow still find time to be kind—even when it’s busy.
RaceTrac turns a gas station stop into something weirdly enjoyable. Five stars for friendly faces, strong coffee, and the comfort of knowing they’ll have exactly what I didn’t realize I needed. 🚗☕🙌

I do not know why they say 24 seven they do not open till after 6 AM. There are people inside working but the doors are always freaking locked from 2 AM to 5 AM always so please update your thing so we can go somewhere else.

Website says 24 hours. Employee actively watched me pull into the has pump. She was standing outside smoking, then proceeds to go inside and lock the doors.

Several times during the week store is locked so you can't go issue several times had to deal wit rude workers workers more worried about running there mouth not the customer bathrooms are always locked are in terrible order

came here at 11:50 pm, doors locked , lady in purple jacket with a black hat on was in there and just looked at us and walked off without even saying anything. horrible.

I don't know how they are during the day, but at night they are terrible. They frequently keep the doors locked for several hours so they can go smoke pot in the back room or take a nap in their car. Tonight it was at 11:00 p.m. sometimes it's at 2:00 a.m. sometimes they just keep the doors locked for half the night. I've stopped by after several hours and their doors are still locked. When they are open, the workers are always rude. They act like they don't want to be there and the customers owe them something. I bet money that this is what they've done their entire lives which is why they now work at gas stations. I hate going to this place, but I get a discount on gas if I go to racetrac. I will literally Drive to other racetracs in different cities now just to avoid the hassle. This place is pathetic.
Update 2.. I went in today to get gas. There were multiple flies buzzing around the cash register yet no employee. Eventually, someone shouted from the back that they would be with me then they started shouting "Cameron" across the store. After a few minutes, a guy popped up. I guess that was Cameron lol. I tried to pay for $20 in gas then went to enter my rewards number. He told me that I couldn't enter the number because he had already finished the transaction. These cashiers have jumped the gun multiple times before and I know that it is an easily fixable situation. The guy refused to hit three or four buttons on the register so I could enter in my number so I asked for my money back. He literally gave me the money back instead of just fixing the issue. What kind of employee is that? He's turning people down because he's unwilling to do simple tasks on the register.
Update 3... I just went during the day and it's just as bad. One guy is trying to ring up two people at a time and doing poorly at both. No one wants to help him. This place is absolutely ridiculous. It's a gas station. It shouldn't be difficult to get a few employees to do their job. I think I'm going to have to start going to another gas station by my house. The word pathetic keeps coming up over and over.
By the way, their customer service line is literally one guy named matt. They aren't even honest in their recording when they say they have multiple representatives. It's just one poor guy having to deal with all of this. If you have an issue with the store then it's not going to get solved. Someone needs to give that guy a raise since he's the only one in the entire department.

Got my icees and walked up to the counter. Ms Kimyata you need show more appreciation for your job and customers. Be happy and if you are going to chew gum nobody wants to hear you smacking and showing your whole mouth wide open doing it showing your teeth. Disgusting ?
