I purchased a very nice spray for my uncle to be delivered to a funeral home. I found out the next day that the service was at a church instead of a funeral home so I called immediately to see if I could change the delivery address. To my astonishment, I found out that the people at Rickey Heroman's had already verified the service had been set at a church instead of the funeral home, and they'd already sent the order to a florist in that delivery area, too! I cannot recommend Rickey Heroman's enough. I thought I would have a hard time changing the address or getting a refund, but instead I found a level of customer service that is very rarely encountered.

Ordered flowers for my mother the morning of her birthday. Even though last minute they delivered an arrangement that was bigger and more beautiful than what I could imagine. My mother was in tears with how beautiful they were. Thank you Heroman's for exceptional customer service.

Went to pick up flowers I ordered a week ago and the employee working the counter told me that Baton Rouge forgot to transfer the order to them. I asked for anything else because my daughters’ recital started in 15 minutes and I couldn’t drive to Baton Rouge. This guy tells me there is not another single flower in the store that he can sell me. I will never be back here. He made 0 attempts to make this right. What a disappointment. ?

I ordered flowers for my friend here for Christmas and they look nothing like the picture it was supposed to be 12 roses and she only got 11 and they look very messy. It said when I ordered “long stem” and some are long and some are short. Just not what I expected at all.They did the arrangement again and this one was way better! 5 stars

This place has saved me four times! Call it a lack of planning on my part, because that’s exactly what it is, but four times I have needed something last minute, they always come through for me! Beautiful work and always very well priced!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mother-in-law who was celebrating her 90th birthday. The lady I spoke with was very nice and helpful and seemed to understand what I wanted. It was delivered when I requested (thus the 1 star) but the product was terrible! I asked that it be big and full of bright colors and it's mostly green leaves and white flowers with a few cheap looking flowers thrown in for color. I spent over $100 for this? So disappointed I cried!
