Used automotive center to replace my truck battery today. The woman running the counter was doing a great job, multitasking between customers, very polite and delightful associate . Good job on battery install.

The gas here is cheaper than the other retailers the problem is the crowd waiting in line is so unorganized that you have to wait more than needed to get to the pump. I have four stars because an employee should assist with traffic instead of sitting inside the little building.

It would be wonderful if they had signs up. Made announcements or even signs at the register and doors about how lame Denham springs is because they can't sell alcohol before noon. But I can go one exit down and buy all the alcohol I want. Sam's get your stuff together putting up some signs isn't that hard instead of customers wasting there time having to return alcohol and waiting a damn hour because your sevice desk is slow af. Because of some stupid law I knew nothing about and you can't be bothered to post a sign

Always clean, tidy, etc. They have a concessions station and their pizza is always fresh, hot, and delicious. Staff is nice too, but one thing I do have to say is that sometimes this place is paced with people so when you go it’s better to go on a week day during work hours to avoid as many people possible.

My experience with Sam's Club, has always been quite pleasant. The staff is friendly and accommodating, which is always appreciated. Additionally, I have found that they offer the best bargains at a very reasonable price.Furthermore, I would like to mention their scanning and go feature on their app. This feature has made it incredibly easy to navigate the store and complete my shopping as quickly as possible. I highly recommend giving it a try.

Some of the employees are uneducated on the layout of products. I asked 3 different employees where an item was. Number one employee sent me to frozen foods section. Number two employee, sent me to the fresh veggies. Then number three did not speak English, so unfortunately he did not even understand me. Other than that it's great.

Some disable/handicap people only know so much. Some are old school and some are raised in old school ways. Considering summer time is coming. Some disable people don't have much. And don't know what to do in ordering pickup online. With the summer heat coming. Some may not have AC and need to rush to get their items. Their handicap equipment is parked across the walk way to the entrance of the door. Meaning in the summer heat they could pass out in parking lot. Some just don't know how to make orders online. The workers/managers could be considerate in picking up the items for them if their pick up the same items each time they come. Who would want to be traced in a parking lot from heat exhaustion. Especially the handicap/disable. If that were to happen. It can close the store.

I had to special order tires, which took twice as long to come in as promised. I made an appointment and they did promptly get to my truck. After completely finishing, as I saw it sit there for 25 minutes, I finally asked what the delay was. The female cashier (technician?) eventually went back and confirmed it was finished without ANY explanation or apology. 10 minutes later, I was given the key, again without any apologies or explanation.Sad to say, this isn't the worst story you hear these days. Employees don't care. No one makes them care. Stay vigilant. Assume no one cares and they're trying to screw you over.

Managements exit door staffing is awful. Are you intentionally trying to make your customers aggravated? This is a multi-million dollar business. Do better.

I used to frequently go here. I must admit its been a while. My son and I just had a terrible experience in the food court. The employees were nice. However, no brownies for the Sundays, no soda machines were functioning, and once we got the birthday cake Sunday, there were no spoons. Terrible management in this area of the store. For goodness sake, they have brownies and spoons inside this building.
