3 times I went to this location in Watson la they have this young African-American boy who works there he has been very Rude me and he was outside on the phone while they had cars at the window we sitting there for 10 minutes no one took our order and then 2 days later I go back to get my smoothie I waited 15-20 minutes at the window for my smoothie while 2 white girls was also playing around I have been a manger for 12 years and don’t let anyone play around while people waiting on they order he needs to be fired

I’m usually a very patient person but this isn’t the first time I waited 15 mins in the drive thru. There’s no way I should wait 15 mins in the drive thru line to get a smoothie.

Well, let's start off with. I paid $10.98 for a large smoothie, no additives. Set in line for nearly 10 minutes. Paid for my smoothie, got it & drove away. Because of course, now, I'm running late for my day. I drive away & at the second stop sign pick my drink up for a sip And this is my smoothie. missing nearly 6 to 10 oz of my $10 drink. Do better Smooithe king

Best smoothie king I have ever had in my life! Whomever is working today 7/25/23 we need y’all there everyday. Whomever made these smoothies did them perfect. They are not watery and are smooth creamy and extremely delicious.

On January 15,2022 i dropped my wallet in the parking lot (i did not realize it) the next day i get a message from the assistant manager Emily Lavender thru facebook it had been found. With no info (phone number) she had a job finding me. The employee who turned in my wallet was Emma. This is two very honest employees. 100% of my contents was still in wallet. With all the crime in our area i feel very blessed to of ran across these two. So shout out to Emma and Emily Evelyn Hays

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I spent $40 for 3 medium hulks and an angel food. The girl fixing them took 20 minutes to make them. I kept seeing her struggle with frozen strawberry mix, blender made a mess on her, etc but was glad to get our smoothies. Every one of them were not drinkable, disgusting syrupy unmixed mess. I immediately went back and they were closed (was 8:50pm when we got them) I kept meaning to call them but was worried I would be turned away and embarrassed for even asking for new ones. Went back 5 days later (6 if you count the day I tried to go immediately back and they were closed) told them what happened and I was embarrassed and told I waited too long there was nothing they could do. Seriously?!? I work 12-14 hour days. I worked hard for that $40 we threw away. I will never spend another dime at smoothie king and I use to go once or more a week (just not this location since it is out the way). But for their management to treat a hard working mom this way that was buying her kids inedible smoothies is completely unacceptable. I also left feedback to corporate but no response so I am done. Will never embarrass me again, I’ve never complained over food in my life but this here was a $40 waste. Btw this pic is of strawberry hulk and angel food. ?

I always love the chocolate peanut butter smoothie. But tonight is a bad experience as I ordered it and all I taste is ice. I barely taste the chocolate nor the peanut butter in it. J think they put too much ice this time.
