Timmie was very helpful. she made sure that we got a receipt even though she was struggling with it but she double checked with other workers to make sure she was doing it correctly. the whole process was very smooth.

Rented a pressure washer this morning, no problem with the check out process. The gentleman we had this morning who checked us out was very nice. Return process was completely different. They had to call for someone 2 times. In between the two calls we hear someone tinkering in the office, we asked for help, he stated “she must be outside helping someone”. Gabe was very nice to go track someone down and tell us the other workers are talking to the manager and will be with us shortly. The 2 ladies show up and we’re not happy that we were waiting when the guy tinkering (Brandon) could’ve easily helped. Hate when my time or other peoples time is wasted over lazy people.

Waiting over 20 minutes for someone to come help return a tool. Employee set off emergency exit door alarm then just walked away leaving it blaring.

Mr. Don and the entire customer service department were absolutely amazing today helping us with our multiple purchases. They were also amazing with helping us track down the manager, Ryan, who was “on his way” for over an hour to unlock the mower we purchased. Then once the manager finally makes it to the front he doesn’t say two words to us. Being 9 months pregnant it would have been nice to not have to wait over an hour for a manager to walk up front after multiple pages, phone calls, and employees trying to find him. Customer service and Mr. Don 10/10 amazing. Management… not so much.

April and Joyce in flooring went above and beyond to make sure I got the floors I wanted when they couldn't be put into the quote system!! What could've been a very stressful event was made so much easier by them.

it's sad when the can't accommodate to someone needing a wheelchair. they had none and the only electric scooter was broke. the employees I spoke with were extremely rude. we improvised to say the least. I just pushed my 70 year old father on a cart! do better!

don't buy anything from home depot online. You will not be able to return it to the store- REGARDLESS OF WHAT THEIR ONLINE RETURN POLICY STATES. They will insist that "someone" has to pick it up from the delivery location. However, no one ever schedules and no one knows anything. But your card will still be charged. We are stuck with an $850 damaged item that Home Depot will not take of. BUYER BEWARE.

We were interested in something that was on the very top shelf. Employee, Tevin, helped us immediately and was very pleasant. We loved him!! The self check out lines were fast and our shopping experience was awesome.

This is a rave... needed a particular light bulb, and Victoria, Christian and James were there to help, even though they were short handed. I was also impressed how Victoria went out of her way and helped an elderly gentleman, instead of sending him across the store.
