“Don't come here expecting much in the way of vape products though they do have some stock like pods and disposables but everything else is very well stocked. Staff is very friendly and helpful.”

“The lady that works there, she is absolutely the best at helping find what you want or or need. If you are new to electronic cigarettes, she's the one to talk to. I was blown away with how friendly and helpful she was. This is now my new sopt to buy coils and e-juice/liquid.”

“I’m so bummed that this amazing store shut down their Baton Rouge location! I think it was out of their hands so I’m not blaming them, I am very glad I can still order from their New Orleans location! I get my liquid in 2-3 days from when I order online, and always fresh and packaged well!”
“I will return definitely 😁 Lizz (Elizabeth) was a delight very helpful she helped me pick a vape and juice and very knowledgeable excellent customer service 😊”
“Went here for a hookah setup and the older gentleman behind the counter was very nice and helpful. The store has a broad assortment of things you’d expect from a smoke shop along with some things you don’t see at other places. Honestly the best one I’ve been to yet out of about a half dozen others.”
“I have to say, I been going here a while and each time DOM has always been consistent and has NEVER steered me wrong on giving advice about the different flavors/brands of vapes and how they taste. Every one he has suggested I’ve bought and LOVED and that’s why I keep going back and will continue to go back because Dom is very knowledgeable about the products sold there. Smoke City is definitely my go to place! ?”
“Great customer service! This is our new home shop, they take care of you!
Bring your business here, you will not regret it!
Thank ya’ll!”

“Wanted to quick smoking visied go vapor, smoke signals & a few others around the area before buying my first mod & tank from them in 2015 & this is why they not only took the time to answer all the questions that I had. With patience and understanding Help me decide what was the best 1st set up for ME was and not just promoting the newest or fairly expensive or popular seller at the time. After I made my purchase b4 I could leave they walk me step-by-step on how to set it up use properly. and maintain it which is why myself and friends I referred exclusively shop in store there. If they don't have it in store 9.5 out of 10xs If you ask owner, or manager do or try to order it for you. The atmosphere employees have not changed is no changed, they're still like this with older & new customers to this day!”
