Convenient, but don’t forget your physical ID / license. They are helpful, especially since they’re always “understaffed” (and by that, I mean they only have about 3 employees, these customers often have very lengthy requests, and the store fills up quickly). I appreciate their time and efforts, and they do their best to make sure their customers are helped and are very good at diffusing difficult situations.

I am starting to know a very high volume of poor signal strength through my phone, and a lot of the other people surrounding Baton Rouge, Indiana that is a Verizon customer. Their service is starting to decline. Lol

When I went to get a phone I was told I had to call the call center to sign up. I did before I went in store. I spoke to a guy in Clorado. He kept trying to get me to buy stuff on my brother's account. I told him I wanted my own account. He said he would send me to someone. However, he would not quit. My phone had been paid off for 6 months. I do believe I paid $150 + tax for a refurbished phone. In which we were told they were. New. Had nothing but problems. But the Manager of Verizon store told me I had to talk to same people. I didn't have a choice. If your store people cannot sell you a phone and hook up as well as fix problems then Verizon is useless. I would not recommend anyone use this store.

I have a great experience every time I need to go to the store. I always choose this location even tho there is one much closer to where I live. They're always courteous and helpful and seemingly happy to be there. They've helped me find deals and discounts that I didn't even know existed.

Updating my review since Miss Sharla made things right. She is amazing, walked us through the whole process and was able to move my phone to the other account right there in the store. I'm convinced the manager and rep from last night just didn't want to do the job. Big shout out to Miss Sharla for excellent service!

Very poor customer service. 3 employees standing around with no customers. I told them what I needed and I was told I have to do that online. I asked if one of them could help with that and was told no. They should take into consideration that not all senior citizens are not computer savvy. A little bit of customer service could have ended in a sale for the associates.

Went with my sister to transfer 2 lines out of her name. It can't be done in store, you have to call CS. What good is a local store if they can't even help you?

Would give this store negative stars if I could. Came in to drop my deceased husband from my account and upgrade two phones for $3K. We only got half of our transaction complete when the manager asked us to leave because they were closing. I'm taking the one $1500 phone back tomorrow and moving all of my lines to another carrier who wants my business.
