Told me they didn’t have my tire size but the size they told me my tire was doesn’t even exist. Went to tire choice next door and they changed it in ten minutes.

The short guy with the dreads and the big lady in the tire department were not helpful. They said they couldn't check with another Walmart to see if they had tires. But the Walmart down the street did! Fire those two, milking the clock.

Quick, friendly service. Jaylen at check-in was very thorough and knowledgeable. Text update feature notified me of the status of the work and when it was done. Devin was friendly and efficient at checkout area for auto department. Would definitely go back.

First time here and I will not go back. Went in yesterday to have my tire looked at and was told I have a nail in it and that the tire tread was bad and I needed to replace. Right away I knew it was untrue since I had just bought that tire. I asked the guy if he was sure and he angrily insisted on me getting a tire. No sir just put air in may tire so I can go somewhere else where they will not take advantage of women. I called and spoke with management and hope they are speaking with their technician. This is truly unacceptable. I went right next door to Chabill and had their tech look at my tire. Tire still good and it was plugged in less than 20 minutes.

South Range Store Auto Center in Denham Springs All Star service. Went in; got my battery installed and was out in less than 30 min. Great customer service and each one of the employees were super friendly and extremely professional from start to finish. The service was great. The lady that checked everything & got the car ready & worked at the front cash register too was very concerned & was the kindest! When Rosaland & I were talking & I told her my brother had passed, when I came to check out she had gotten me a card & flowers. The other young lady Amyah(mispelled)was very sweet too & helpful. My experience was very pleasurable. I felt I was taken care of with my vehicle as well as being treated very kindly!

Got here at 1650 and was told they are not taking anymore customers because they close at 5pM. Only had one car in the bay. They said the website hours are wrong for them closing at 7pm.

Just about every Walmart tire n lube place I've been to is under staffed. Took a while to get service. I ended up having to walk around and find the manager of the tire department to get my tire I ordered online. It took 45 mins to pick up a tire that was sitting right behind a door in the waiting area ?

Everything says the auto center is open at 7 am on Sundays but the doors were locked and no one would answer the phone even when I tried to call the main customer service in the store
