I have been dealing with Parker Propane for years, Its always been a tough road, constantly changing my tank size and charging me pressure test fee's over and over again. Today, I have had it. I finally bought my own tank so I would not have to have my tank changed and inconvenience me anymore. What a joke, One girl at the counter said there would be no fee. Set me all up and then the nasty woman whom has been a pain in my ass for years steps up and made the young girl tell me I had to pay yet again, a $125 pressure test fee. I didn't shop around but after I left there I did and got propane a whole lot cheaper from another supplier. The professionalism in this office in Howell, Mi is way less than desirable and the lady whom I think is the manager needs to be fired. She is the nastiest woman I have ever dealt with in any business I have ever done business with. I would find a different company to deal with. Another customer was in the store during our argument , he was shocked at how this lady treated me and just trying to rip more and more money out of me. I do NOT recommend using parker propane.
