Bought four tires from them yesterday before leaving to go out of states 2 hours into the drive my front tire went flat. Went flat so fast that by the time I found a safe place to pull over because I was on the interstate the tire came off of the rim! They kept the original valve stems when changing the tires. I broke my jack when changing the tire so I had to be towed with FOUR DOGS!

Very friendly purple and went above and beyond on customer service! Great people. I took a new tire to mount on my wheel, some how the machine tore the sidewall. The owner checked and couldn't find the same tire to match my new set. So he ordered 2 new tires and mounted them free. Now that's Customer Service above and beyond! They will get all my tire business and recommendations from me! Love this place!

Dude quoted me $1100 to install a lift……I already have the lift brand new. $1100!? Broooo what!?!? Everywhere in lake Charles offering $750-$850. Just called to see if he was cheaper…..my God dude.

Absolutely amazing customer service!! Highly recommend sarge’s !! They made room for me to get in next day service for a leveling kit and alignment. Even helped me out with installing my timbrens with no extra charge !! Beyond happy!!
