“It was pleasure to do business with Ivan Smith Furniture. My sale original salesperson Angel was fairly new and he was very friendly, did a great job helping me with any questions I had. Since I was so undecided, I then went on the website and reached out through text. I got a quick response and was able to discuss some items I saw on the website. About a week later I had stopped in again and Janae, who was great, helped me with some pricing on few different items and discussed the current sale that was coming up and the current one. She explained the break down of all the savings. The next day I had a decision made and went in on my lunch break and the lady behind the desk, sorry can't remember her name, was able to finalize my purchase for purchase for me. She was very professional and pleasant. My furniture had to be ordered and came in a month early. I was able to have it delivered within a couple of days. Thank God for Saturday delivery, what a convenience. My overall experience from shopping, to purchasing, communication on status of my order, and delivery was absolutely wonderful!!! I will be a returning customer. Such a great team at Ivan Smith in Deridder.”
