Terrible for gaming would never buy again

I answered the way I did because Mr. Meshach at your store in DeRidder was on point. My family and I walked in disappointed due to another service provider, but Mr. Meshach turned everything around for me and my family. We all walked very happy. We received excellent service. His was so professional in how he attended to us. To him, going over valuable info with us about products and services...He spoke very professional and polite... The company really needs more people like him. That young man should get a raise for real... The Deridder, LA At&t office is the best I have ever dealt with...we are very happy customers... Thank you all...

This place messed our account up so bad. I highly doubt they can spell account. They swipe our card too many times, had me buying a phone instead of a watch. Do yourself a favor and drive to the Leesville store. Derrider AT&T will cheat you out of money and hope you don’t catch it. The manager of the place is just as dirty as the rest of them.

Everyone at the store was helpful and courteous and knowledgeable. Unfortunately AT&T store policy is not as military friendly as they need to be. I was not able to purchase a new phone due to retaining my residency in my home state. Many states allow active duty military members to carry expired drivers licenses and AT&T has no work around to their policy requiring a current drivers license.

Went in for a simple upgrade but there was an issue with the system and DL exemption cards. Kaleb was so helpful and did everything he could for us for 2 hours. The issue was at no fault of his own. This is an issue with AT&T that needs to be fixed on their end. I understand the measures being taken to prevent fraud on accounts, but this isn't a one size fits all, especially for military members. AT&T needs to make some sort of adjustment to help eliminate the stress that is already felt on active duty members and their families when it comes to this ID issue. Thank you Kaleb for your excellent costumer service and for helping us the best way you could. Probably not the way you wanted to start your work shift, but a learning experience for us all! You're the reason this review is getting 5 stars! We ended up doing the upgrade with our online account. We just have to wait for the phone to arrive snail mail. Thank you!

Went to upgrade one of our lines, and clearly told them which line was going to be upgraded. The store upgraded the wrong line, then had us turn in the phone for the line we were upgrading. Now we’re left with the balance for the phone that didn’t get turned in because they upgraded the wrong line, so we’re essentially paying for three phones for two lines.

The representative was very unwilling to help me. I needed a new SIM card for an ATT prepaid phone that I was unlocking and the representative gave me the Sim with an attitude. I asked where I could get the phone unlocked and she said I had to go to Walmart or Apple. I then went to the Leesville ATT store and they told me about the ATT website where I could unlock the phone. I will go to Leesville from now on even though it’s further, just so I can receive good customer service.
