Through the years, as carriers came and went and I visited the actual post office, I do not feel the criticism due our post office is fair. They have been professional up in the front counter and our varied delivery agents have been equally as courteous.

Delivery is good with normal delivery person. On 3/12/21 I showed delivery on porch. Wasn't there. I found the packages on 3/14/21 going to work in my trash bin. Not happy...

DeRidder is a GREAT Post Office. Customer Service goes above and beyond and the rural carriers really care about their customers.
