Clean facility, professional service and fair prices I didn't think these qualities were possible in Louisiana but they seemed to have it. Coming from elk country this is my first time using a processing company for deer and in the future I'll be sure to bring more deer to meet their minimum requirements for the order.

Was going to have a beef butchered with this processor, and the first time I scheduled, I went to the emergency room the day before I was to deliver the steer. I contacted them that day and let them know I wouldn't make it due to illness.So we rescheduled, and as a disabled veteran, and then the VA set up appointments for the day of my newly scheduled drop off so knowing I'll have to wait months to get another appointment I had no choice but to take the VA appointment. When I called days before I was supposed to deliver and explained the situation and that I wanted to reschedule the guy said well my next available appointment for you is April or so of next year and you have to put a deposit if you want our service. I would like to apologize to them for being sick and being disabled and for the inconvenience I've caused.

I recently had a beef processed at this place. I couldn’t have been more happier with the experience. My background is exactly the same, I grew up in the meat business. My grandfather started a slaughterhouse, retail and custom kill plant in Groves Texas. We are always proud of ourselves on full disclosure and invited customers to watch the process. When I requested this, they accommodated, and I could not have been more pleased. Everything was done so professionally, and everyone was so very nice! The vacuum, packing process is impeccable.
