I have had terrible service. My son worked for Ricky Day, based in DeRidder Louisiana. He passed away January 26th. This CPA fouled up with his withholdings and showed him as a resident of Louisiana. He has never worked or lived in Louisiana but this CPA listed him as a resident and as a result he was charged 700 dollars and this CPA wouldn’t even return my call. I’m filing an appeal against them with the state. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for integrity.

We've been using John Windham for 3 tax seasons and couldn't be happier. We use to use Tax preparers at box stores and had so many issues.
