“Stopped in for some quarters. Such a weird layout and a bit difficult to get to. One entrance for ATM and drive thru and signage is hard to view. Another separate entrance to the lobby and I am assuming it was designed that way to deter robberies. Lobby is another oddity - wide open space with no lines for the tellers. Also not used to seeing no plexiglass for the tellers! Teller who helped me was very nice though.”

The young lady who helped us was super sweet. Actually, everyone in the bank was sweet and professional. Each time I return, they always greet me with a smile and ask about my partner. In addition to the bank, I love the easy to use app, and I've had to use the customer service over the phone for another issue.”
“Everytime I am in need of customer service in the Laplace branch, there is always one person actively working or able to assist with account services. Anika deserves praise, a raise, and a promotion. In the last few months, I have needed to open a business account and a new checking account and was informed both times that she was the only represenative who could help me! Either she deserves a new title or the other staff need to do their jobs!”
