After a NIGHTMARE of a time dealing with the bank, we were beyond ready to close on our house. The employees at choice title made what had been a horrid experience enjoyable. They were awesome. Professional, courteous and prompt and even helped me out when the deposit check was short 10.00 due to a mix-up at our bank (not the same bank lol). Emily is great, the service was awesome and we love these guys!!!!

They are not reliable at all. Cost us an extra $1600 because they did not figure out property taxes correctly. Could mot even get a call back from person in charge. Very disappointed! Will not use them again.

Working with Choice Title was a nightmare. Our closing date was pushed 3 times due to Amber not being able to meet deadlines. Even after assuring me that paperwork was submitted, 3 days later my lender never recieved it. Anytime I would try to contact her, it was crickets. After calling and emailing several times with no response, i was thankfully transferred to work with Morgan, who was a million times more helpful than Amber ever was. Even though Morgan was helpful, I still regret using Choice Title after the hell that Amber put me through. I could go on and on with the problems and issues that occurred. The actual act of closing was a pleasure working with Mr.Floyd at the Laplace location. Over all, I can say that I will never recommend Choice Title to anyone after my experience!

Emily Noto did a great job navigating me through the paperwork for my closing. She was knowledgeable and funny at the same time. The closing occurred just before Christmas. Easy and painless.
