Went ti get air in my tires but someone duct tapes the air hose. Went inside and told the clerk she should put a sign out there since its not working. Her response was “the duct tape didn’t work?” Then stated circle k isnt responsible for the broken air compressor. After she tried to fix it

Soda Fountains and Froster Machine are always out of order.Diet Coke has been empty all day today and they never did change it out. The drinks are all the same price, but they don't stock the XL cups, only 32oz. The drink machines are broken more than McDonald's ice cream machine. I tried calling them before going to the store to get a drink, but they never answer the phone. Anytime I'm in there, the clerk does nothing but sit around playing on their phone ever since they got the "self checkout" machines. This place is going downhill fast. Not sure how they're making any money.

Says 24 hours but really hit or miss. I stopped by twice this week Tuesday around 11:30 and Wed at 10:30. Door was locked. Birdies is open till 11 a block away luckily.

I used to visit the store 4 to 5 times a week, I now visit, maybe once a week, everything I go for their out of. The Coke machine is always broke. they never have my cigarettes. They always closed in the middle of the day on the weekend and never have a sign in their window saying they’re close, but the doors are locked and no one is there. Before Ida Circle K had a awesome crew friendly workers helpful always had what you need it. The workers they have now are terrible not friendly not helpful. Don’t even want to be at work. circle K has always been my favorite store, in DEstrehan, please, Circle K bring back the old Crew , the ones you have now doesn’t wanna be here. It’s obvious because the store is left closed quite often.on Saturday 6-10-2023 the store was closed at 5:00 , It was still closed at 5:30.

I hit this place once a week. The service is great. Not everything you need but it's not a grocery store. The associates are great and helpful. Once person was on break and got off to help customers

I just cancelled my sip and save. I would go to this store 5 times a week. The drink machine is often out of order not functioning properly and the slushy machine has only worked around 10 times in the 6 months I've gone. I often can only go to Circle K when I get off around 5. The store is often closed around this time that many others are getting off, so they are losing a lot of business this way. The reason I give 2 stars instead of 1 is at least the workers are polite and that circle K is one of my favorite convenience store chains.

Store was wonderful, and it had all the products I needed. I put in a transfer to this location from Bonita springs Florida although I was looking at other jobs. The staff was so nice. I'm so glad to be living back in the New Orleans area.

I usually love this location I come daily...the ladies in the morning during the week are so polite always friendly and the guy who works in the afternoon is great but whoever the 2 girls yall got there this morning is rude as hell! I left the store after they couldn't bother to help me after I had been waiting for some time. One girl just standing there watching the other...definitely need some customer service skills

Good hours, good employees. 24 hours but they will close only if there's a good reason and usually less than 30 minutes. The fountain drinks always have ice and I don't recall any drink selections being out or bad. Store is clean, we'll stocked, good amount of selections. I have not ever seen any of their gas pumps out of service. Comparatively they have good gas prices, usually lower than most the others in the area. Highly recommendThey are not on the main road, a little out of the way on a neighborhood thoroughfare street. Can be congested at busy times or when the local highschool has an event.

When we come from Alabama to visit one of our daughters, we normally walk to the gas station at least once We let the grandchildren get anything they want. Candy, cookies, slurpees, whatever. It has been a tradition for probably 13 years now. It is a nice store. They have a lot of junk food fir the grandchildren to choose from and they just love it Check it out!!
