Don’t go to this store. I purchased a phone and was added an additional line without my permission. I went to return or exchange my phone and couldn’t. The representative didn’t even get up to help me. She played on her phone. I even told her she seemed aggravated. She told me I seemed aggravated. What a response. So Jessie is not someone to do business with at AT&T in Donaldsonville.

Worst customer service received by Jessica.She had “we will be back in hour” sign for almost 2 hours . Lack of knowledge for service. Jessica screwed up things and she want me call att customer service and sort out the thing.

The young lady working there was not very pleasant and had a dry tone and demeanor, like she didn't want to be bothered. She's the driest person that I have ever dealt with by phone or in person during my many years as an AT&T customer. She did get my new phone ordered though.

This is just a store. Service is ok. They push new stuff. That's the focus of this store. Any accoutrement of a phone more than 8 months old, is likely to not be there when you need it.

Cherrish and Michael are very helpful and know what they are doing! I was very annoyed with AT&T and after going to another store and talking to customer service these two was finally able to help me get some answers and we’re very understanding of my frustration. Thanks so much guys.

Cherish was very knowledgeable about the upgrades and was very helpful with helping me continue my service with this company. She informed me about the offers for customers like me and new customers as well. The staff was very considerate and although they did try to get me an iPhone (which I don't like lol) I was able to get an upgrade without spending all of my money In the process. Thank you guys I appreciate the help and I wasn't coached to say anything.

At&t is irresponsible to its customers with no remorse nor recourse for the customer when they make a mystake setting up a new customer account. They accidentally added a 3rd line to my account and they keep telling me they can't remove it and if I don't pay for all 3 lines they will cut off my phone and hold my phone number hostage. After paying the ransome for 3 months I tried to port out my number that I have had for over 15 years and at&t blocked the port and say I now need to pay for the free device $400+ $40+ $180 = $620 to get my phone number back. My number is my livelihood and I have missed out on over $5,000 in contract work because I can't access my phone number ... I guess it's time for a lawyer.
