My first bad experience with a rental company and the last time renting from Enterprise. I rented a SUV on July 8th, headed out of town with my family and was involved in a multi-vehicle accident on the interstate. A truck hauling a trailer rear ended our vehicle while stopped in traffic on the interstate causing serious damage to the vehicle and the vehicle having to be towed. My wife, daughter and myself were all in pain after this large truck and trailer plowed into the back of our rental vehicle. So I call the Enterprise in Donaldsonville where I rented the vehicle from and explained what happened. The Enterprise lady talked to the manager on site and said I would need to return to that location, pay my insurance deductible and than see if they could find another rental vehicle but didn't have any additional vehicles at their site. It took me 3 hours at the accident scene and it was a 2 hour drive back to the rental location. I had no way of getting back to the rental location, we was stranded and explained this to the Enterprise lady. There was multiple Enterprise locations within 15 mins from the accident location. The Enterprise manager said he could not do anything until I returned back to the Donaldsonville location and paid my insurance deductible. Why couldn't I pay my insurance deductible over the phone? I had already paid a $300 deductible when I rented the car. So after we were in this bad accident at no fault of our own and stranded on the side of the road this manager was no help at all. We ended up having another family member drive two hours to bring us one of our vehicles from home. If you get in a wreck out of town in a rental with Enterprise good luck getting any help.

Overall my experience was fine but could've been better.Cons : booked over a month ahead and I was suppose to get a call a couple days before to confirm rental ( got a call a couple days after I booked to tell me this) never received call. I called myself the day before and she told me that the car wouldn't be available for 8:30 the time I requested. That it would be 10 instead. This was very unprofessional especially since I booked a WHOLE month ahead. I had things to do and that threw my time schedule off. I also had to search for information like the fact that there is a deposit they don't give you a deposit price when you book just your total amount when I booked online ( this needs to be changed) I also had to look for information on adding a driver that wasn't a spouse so I knew I needed a credit card for booking and not debit.It was ready at about 10:15PROs: it was an suv like what we asked for. And drop off was quick and easy.Just do a better job with arranging appointments and following up for them. Also better disclosure in the process and pricing so people don't have to go finding info that should be clearly explicitly written

No staff, no pick up and no cars. The poor guy is working by himself with phones ringing off the hook, a lobby full of customers and washing cars. This Enterprise is the worst by far.
