“My husband and I had a fantastic day at the Houmas House! We had lunch at the carriage house which was excellent and the service was on point. Then, we took a tour of the beautiful gardens with winding paths and serene water features.
Afterwards, we went on the house tour with Ruby who was super knowledgeable as well as engaging as she stepped us back into the past! At the end of the day, we had cocktails at the charming turtle bar, the bar tender made a fantastic French Martini!
We felt very welcomed into the house and made to feel as if we were guests, by the entire team, which extends from the gracious owner from the beginning of our visit to the end… as Chad, the grounds manager, helped us to find a lovely driver, Dana Grayson, to get us back to our hotel, an hour away!
We highly recommend a visit to the beautiful Houmas House Estate & Gardens!”
