Chad was ready available when I called with an emergency. He was there with in the time frame he had gaven and has my family and I back on the road with in 1 hour. What we thought was a major issue was actually something non major. Thank you for working really quick so my babies could get the AC back on and so we were able to make it back to pick up our daughter from school.

Customer service needs worked on.
All because I couldn't afford to pay to have it towed to a shop because i just bought a truck that was suppose to run.
"We'll I guess call when you can afford to have it fixed". Nah I can't afford a $300 tow bill and this trash of a business owner to work on it..
Come to find out(if he Had shown up) it was. Simple fill of the trans coolant reservoir.

I tried two other mobile mechanics and Chads was the first to respond. I could tell he was busy but he still made time to come out on a Saturday and resolve my issue within 20 minutes. Excellent and knowledgeable service and I would definitely recommend in the future.

Truck wasn't starting I thought the engine locked or the starter was bad and he found the issue within 6 minutes. I would recommend.

My car ran hot on me after my long day at work. ll called Mr Chad and let me tell you this guy came out after 7pm and got the job done. Never stopped until he fixed the problem and found other things that needed fixing. He is amazing. He can fix any problem your vehicle has.. Dont second guess yourself if your car has any problems call this guy. He's amazing!!!!!!!!

Checked out Chad on line, impressed and after speaking to Chad in-person I was and committed and was NOT DISAPPOINTED. Chad comes to ur car with the Customer First, and he is very smart, as well as very Friendly, and talks U thru his process to repair. I Will seek Chad out if need raises.
