The fried chicken I bought was disgusting. I usually order the chicken and it’s amazing, they changed the recipe and didn’t tell me until after I complained. They gave me dry old chicken, and when I call they just say they are dry now because of the new recipe.

Store closes at 9pm. with that being said I could see closing 5 min early if its no one in the parking lot but for them to close and lock the door at 845 in 2 customers face is not how to conduct business. I imagine my comment or review is not gonna amount to nothing but I'm usually the one to let stuff like this go and not go through the trouble of writing a review but it really got under my skin so figured I'd share

Tonight me and my dad brought my two children to go eat tonight. We were sitting there from maybe 545 and we just walked out the corner store at 7:00 PM. We had ordered two chef salads and a chicken strip basket for my kids to share well we have been sitting there waiting on them salads the chicken strip basket came out fresh but those two salads we were still waiting on. Luckily, I was paying attention because I had noticed that a customer had brought a bag of two plates and I didn’t know what it was and witnessed one of the employees open that bag and serve us those two plates which was our salad right after that customer brought it into the store from their car from their house And brought it to us.. we had ordered it for there.

I ordered a small 1/2 & 1/2 which is 2 fried shrimp and 2 fried fish with fries hush puppies and a side salad. It was amazing the workers were very friendly it didn’t take long for my food. The store had a good variety of stuff in if you are around the area you should definitely stop in and check them out.

Went to Corner Store in Elizabeth Friday Feb. 14, 25. I placed an order for a 1/2 and 1/2 fish and shrimp. Also 2 piece fish and side salad, to eat there. Not busy at all. We sat there from 6 until 7 no food. My husband went to counter to pay for a drink. Girl apologized and asked our name. She said your order is ready. It was setting on the counter no telling how long. Ready to go. I went ahead and paid for order. Got home fish was not fully cooked. One container had 2 fish and 2 shrimp. Which was right the other order had 5 whole pieces of fish. Will not be going back. Horrible service

I stop here regularly, whenever I'm in the area.
Clean, mostly friendly.
Today, stop for my favorite a bacon sandwich..
But the young lady said NO.
I stop at all times of day and order one. But today NO, the young lady was too busy visiting on the phone.

FOREMAN OPEN AGAIN..
I'll have to get my order in there.
