“These guys saved my life after being basically scammed by Vanguard Moving LLC (by the way, do not EVER use Vanguard Moving LLC - they are an unethical and deceitful brokerage company that present as movers, but are not, provide horrible service, excel at hidden costs, and they will sell your service to deeply sketchy moving companies. I turned them away at the door, which left me in a pickle, but was totally the correct thing to do) U-Pack was zero hassle to load up, move, and then they also stored it at the staging area over the Christmas period. They delivered everything to my storage unit in Asheville and off loaded as carefully as they had packed it. Friendly, professional drivers and crew!Picture is how they had to back out of the parking lot because of the sharp dip but didn't harm the tree or scrape the ground!”

They arrived right on time on the day of the move, they moved everything with great care & wrapped nearly everything in moving blankets, and reassembled things (bed frames, etc.) at the new location quickly. “I would have given a 5 Star but upon trying to finish unloading my daughter's apartment, when I arrived to the gate @ 9:05, it stated it was closed. I called the customer service department( which the lady was nice) but she informed me that once it turns 9:00 you can not override the system. I had to drive home with a loaded down car instead of being able to open the gate & being able to finish my final load. I feel if you have camera there, why not let your clients have late night acces( within a reasonable time).”
