Located inside the Elmwood shopping plaza, there is plenty of parking and it's an outdoor mall with lots of popular stores around like HomeGoods, Bath & Body, J. Crew Factory, Banana Republic Factory, etc. Was looking for a Nike New Orleans shirt but they no longer make it. I hope they eventually bring this back, cause it'd be a nice souvenir! Half the store is filled with shoes, but I didn't check it out and limited selections of clothing/accessories. A quarter of the store is for adults and a quarter of it is for kids. Service was alright - no one really asks you if you need help nor do they greet you. I've never been inside a community store, so it's similar to an outlet store with most items being discounted. I found myself a nice beige sweater (for men's) for $10 off. We drove half an hour out from downtown NOLA to come here. Just glad we didn't come out of the store with nothing, haha.

Even though the checkout line was 35+ people deep, I got through in about 15 minutes for a return. Keep up the good work guys! We know you're BUSY!Edit: fine interaction once again.

You'd do better online. Customer ain't what it used to be. I couldn't even get a greeting when I walked in the store... that was empty btw. And why is it the first day of summer and the place is filled with winter clothes? Long sleeves, sweat shirts, and sweat pants. Smh. This place is useless. You can buy Nike pretty much anywhere. So don't waste your time making the trip here.

Came here to do a return and I happen to see some shoes I loved. Definitely didn’t buy them bc the customer service here sucks. Cashier and sales floor associate doesn’t speak a word to you.

Consistently good service and prices. Not great stock in women's clothing but every once in a while I find a gem.

Great location than the old one on S. Carrollton but it's definitely smaller and definitely not enough selection to pick out... if I have the time to drive to Gonzalez or Mississippi outlet I'll go there for more selection

It's small but they did have the Jordan 1s,3s and 12s and tees you can't find at other Nike stores
