Sent a prescription for a Rollator for a patient. the clinic was informed by this company that they would not be submitting a request to the insurance company for a Rollator because they knew that the patient's insurance would not approve a Rollator. They had not even attempted to submit the prescription. The prescription was later sent to another medical supply company locally and the Rollator was approved by her insurance plan. Definitely a poor business model.

I had the pleasure of doing business with Bellard's Home Medical Center a few months ago. My husband needed a knee immobilizer and hemi walker because he suffers from left side neglect due to glioblastoma of the brain and needed both of these things to build himself back up to possibly learn how to walk again. The young man who took care of me was so pleasant and helpful. It is so refreshing to do business with people who go above and beyond to get you the help you need! It can be rare in today's society and work places! You will always get my business when I need anything!!!
