Charged me 180 dollars to tell me I had a oil leak when I already new that and didn’t want to change my cam phasers because my truck was too old. I feel robbed. I would like a refund please!

Small town flavor with the big town service. Made you feel welcomed and they appreciated my business. Called me back directly to confirm my service time. Who still does that? Found a new service provider for our vehicles. I just wish they competed enough to be able to purchase my next vehicle there.
I buy a truck every 3 years, but not successful buying local. However, service is quick and easy and close to my residence.

Pitre Ford was one dealer out of four dealers I had gone to to get my 2020 Ranger worked on. Perry Pitre Ford was the only one to take me right away and actually fix my truck. Even the dealership where I bought my truck didn't treat me this well. I will definitely return.
