1/3 pumps are not working. People parked blocking access. . We were on an inside pump across from us group of cars blocking entrance, and Outside pump they where they before us and after. NO one fueling just blocking THEN A LADY drove up from the other side blocked us in parked in the middle not to fuel but to get a bottle of water block the entire center
