My pup had an injury and I need to get him checked out quickly. Our regular vet clinic was booked so I looked elsewhere. First, we received a warm welcome by the front office staff. Next, Dr. Ashley and the tech made the physical exam as comfortable as possible for both my dog and I (which is a huge effort with a blue heeler!) Dr. Ashley was thorough in the examination, explanation of finding and recommendations. Thanks to this lovely team for making our experience as positive as possible given the circumstances.

I have recently moved to Folsom and quickly became enamored with the friendly small town atmosphere, therefore I chose to establish my dog as a patient at a Folsom clinic rather than driving 30+ minutes to a larger city like Covington for veterinary care. However, Folsom Animal Hospital provided both me and my pet suboptimal hospitality and experience for our first and only time working with them. From snidely discussing us in the treatment area (albeit the walls are very thin in this establishment), poor professionalism exhibited by staff, lack of hospitality, and forcing expensive products onto clients.

It's a long story but Dr. Aubre performed a Christmas miracle in regards to my dog this morning. She's an amazing vet and definitely knows what she's doing. Words cannot express how grateful I am for her services, I don't know what we would've done without her! I will forever be grateful for what she has done for my sweet pup, and in turn, my family. Thanks again Dr. Aubre, God bless you and your staff for you were all so wonderful and patient with me ?

I don't know why anyone would go there. The person who answers the phone is the rudest person I have ever come accross. I would never trust my little dog with that person and the vets should replace that staff member if they want a successful practice. I would never recommend such an unfriendly place! I have never posted a bad review before, but I wasn't rude to her and didn't appreciate the kind of treatment I got.

To have Chalyn Fayard in the town of Folsom is a true blessing! I have a Frenchie named Dexter who is only almost 3 years old. He had injured his spine and was in severe pain. I walked into her clinic a hot mess! She was welcoming, calming and sincere. She explained the use of acupuncture and laser treatment to help alleviate his condition without the need for surgery. I had never heard of those treatments for animals beforehand and glad I came to her facility. After only a couple of treatments, Dexter is better now and back to normal!

We had a pet Boston terrier that passed. They helped take care and cremated the remains for us.
