I’m really not much of a complainer but because this has happened numerous times, I will speak on it. People work very hard for things in life so when someone buy themselves something just as a just because ordeal, you do not expect someone to steal your belongings, especially the postal workers. As I stated earlier I would not normally say anything but this isn’t the first rodeo of something of mine showing as delivered but was not delivered let alone I would receive my packages opened with one of my items missing. That is outright bold of anyone to open a package and take what is NOT theirs. Whomever is doing it need to face the consequences of their actions. It is unacceptable. I no longer desire to have anything delivered to my home because I’m afraid someone will take it. It is sad and also a crime to take others mail and open it without consent. Sad part is, USPS makes it hard to report situations like this.

They leave for lunch for at least an hour between 11am to 1:30pm & this location closes down. I drove all the way out there on my lunch break to pick up my mail because they refuse to deliver it where we live only to find the post office closed for lunch for two hours.

I have been dealing with this for years and I have had enough. Leaving my mailbox door open after delivering mail!! Mail gets wet from rain. Wind blows it all over the highway, or gets stolen because the mailbox door is wide open.

Friendly staff!!! Even with rude customers I watch the staff remain patient and help an older man that apparently needed a boot out the door.

Been in their area for years. The only issue I've ever had was the time they're were closed for repairs because an old lady drove through the post office front door, and that's not on them.

I am so sick of packages not being delivered yet they label them delivered. Nothing is in my mailbox but you have it as “delivered in mailbox”.

1 800 number so you can't speak to someone that can actually help you. Then a recording prattles on about COVID, the weather, what colour panties they are wearing......everything I don't care about. Just tell me why my package seems to be making a circuitous foray around Louisiana to get to me. Funny how UPS and FedEx manages to deliver, even 2 days after a hurricane. Government agencies always find a way to do the worst job of any task.
