She made the changes for us and even offered to contact customer service to have our pro box resent to us. Then, just when I thought she couldn't be any better, she noticed it was my husband's birthday. She had him check his email for his birthday email. We found and and used it. She goes above and beyond for customers. Her customer service is top notch, and her sense of humor is priceless.”
