Best Western Forest Inn is a very clean and comfortable place with great customer service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with some featuring a Jacuzzi tub or a full kitchen. The grounds are beautifully laid out and well maintained, featuring a lovely outdoor swimming pool, a nice pool, and a BBQ area with a cabana. The breakfast is fantastic and very good. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and professional, providing Southern hospitality at its finest. The location is good for visiting family and shopping in the Franklin area. Guests describe a wonderful stay and a pleasant weekend getaway, with many planning to return as forever customers.
Room is very clean and easy to get to however they go no vending, no drink and the breakfast sucks. When the restaurant open its good!!

Great customer service. Good breakfast before heading back home to Houston Texas. We were there visiting family in Four Corners Louisiana, my cousins Alexander's & Jones and Mark's family. for my cousin's home going service Andrew Alexander was our first cousin ❤️ 💙

Staff were friendly. Room was outdated and lacking. No hand soap, conditioner, hair dryer or bath mat. Shower head was broken, no hot water, breakfast buffet was TERRIBLE.
