About Circle M Farms
Circle M Farms is the proud home of the Southern Maids Dairy goat herd of ADGA registered purebred Alpine, Nubian, and Saanen dairy goats. Herd health is the top priority, with goats tested CAE negative annually and a CL free herd. The farm also maintains a G6S Normal herd. The combination of these animals and their genetics allows the farm to utilize each breed's full potential for the freshest and best quality milk. Products include goat milk, chèvre, yogurt, and feta. The Chèvre Cheesecake is silky smooth and richly decadent, really extraordinary, with a Lemon Curd that is a perfect compliment. The Mardi Gras/King Cake cheesecake is also a hit. The smoked feta spread and jalapeño feta spread are also highly recommended. The Buttermilk & Goat Milk Blue Cheese adds a great creaminess with a strong "blue" flavor. Tasted pretty much every product. All of them were delicious. So good, in fact, I bought Creole cream cheese, yogurt, and two different marinated fetas.
And we're trying ground goat meat too!

Nathan's work ethic is superb. His passion for his products, customers, and animals shows in everything he does. He and his wife truly love what they do! The goat milk, feta, and cheesecake are absolutely delicious!
